== Musical style and influence ==
Tame Impala’s sound merges vintage psychedelic textures with modern production. Parker often records all parts himself, creating dense layers of guitars, synthesisers, and processed vocals. His approach has been described as both experimental and accessible, bridging classic rock influences with contemporary pop sensibilities.<ref>The Story of Kevin Parker and Tame Impala, Scribd, 2018, p. 12</ref>
