Two Wells /tuː wɛlz/ During early settlement, the two wells, originally created by Aboriginal people, were utilized for both domestic and livestock water needs. The town was formally established around 1864 on section 455 of the Hundred of Port Gawler, located 38 kilometers north-northwest of Adelaide, by John Bullock and Charles Farr.[1]
