honor Sir John G. Shaw-Lefevre, a key member of the South Australian Colonisation Commissioners. The Indigenous Kaurna people originally called the area mudlanga /mʊdˈlʌŋ.ɡə/, which translates to ‘the nose’ in their language.[1]
